Urgent Prayer Request

Hey all my blog praying friends. Please lift prayers for my sister in Christ, Katie. She is about to deliver her first baby and is in another country with different customs than what she is used to in doing this. She is really hurting and needs our prayers. It is emotional enough to deliver a baby with a big support system. However, she is in a place where she has no one but her husband and God. She is there because of her following God's call. So please lift her up in prayer.

She had a plan and everything to be moved to a big city hospital but then went into pre-term labor. She now is in a strange place and it is very complicated. Please just pray. She really needs it now.

Father,
You say that you gentlely lead those with young. Please comfort this mother. Please allow this time to be the blessing to her heart that you intend it to be. Please do not allow the worries and pressures of life to distract her from receiving from you. In her weakness please be strong. Please provide her great peace, stillness, quietness and rest. Guard her heart and her mind in Christ Jesus. Be an ever present help to her in the time of trouble. You are the comforter. Please comfort her, her husband and the baby. Help her to be anxious for nothing. Let a peace that surpasses understanding guard her heart and her mind. Thank you for what you do for us. Thank you for little babies. What a good God you are. You surround us with your goodness and you surround us with songs of deliverence.
Amen.

Ang, just prayed and will continue. We have missionary friends who delivered their 5th child in Romania, not at the place they thought either... God knows and He will supply. He is ever faithful!

And like Kathy said, please do keep us updated.
