This book is another in the biographical series of The Swans are not Silent. This book covers the lives of Spurgeon, Muller, and Taylor. It is very interesting because it shows the reader how the lives of these men intersect. It includes their writings and thoughts from the author. The focus of content is the faith of these men.
I like these series in general, but this one in particular I found encouraging because it showed how God used these men to encourage one another and spurn one another on in their love and faith for God. I love hearing these stories because they can encourage us to do the same in our time here and now.
This is worth the read. This series is worth the read. just get them all. You will not be disappointed. Books that encourage you in the Lord are worth your time.
